وحيث كنا مجموعة من الجامعات الإفريقية المعتمدة من وزارات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في بلادها ، ومجموعة من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الإفريقي ومؤسسات تعليمية ، وحيث كان من الواجب علينا أن نقوم بدورنا في حماية شباب القارة الإفريقية من الانحراف الفكري والتطرف فقد وضعنا رؤيتنا وخطتنا على أرض الواقع لتطبيقها And since we were a group of African universities accredited by the ministries of higher education and scientific research in their countries, and a group of African civil society and educational institutions, and where we had to play our role in protecting the youth of the African continent from intellectual deviation and extremism, we have put our vision and plan on the groundto apply

وقد كانت الخطوة الأولى التي بدأنا بها لتكون الأساس الذي نبني عليه أعمالنا في القارة الإفريقية هي أننا أسسنا مجلس علماء الأمن الفكري وقد حددنا أعماله الرئيسة في محورين –
(المحور الأول ) نشر برامج الأمن الفكري والوعي الجمعي الإفريقي بكل الطرق (  المحور الثاني )  وضعنا شهادة الدراسات المهنية المستمرة CPS لتأهيل الشباب الأفارقة في المجالات التقنية والمهنية المطلوبة في سوق العمل الإفريقي للدفع بقاطرة التنمية المستدامة في إفريقيا والمساهمة في تحقيق تطلعات الشعوب The first step that we took to be the basis on which we build our work in the African continent was that we established the Council of Intellectual Security Scholars, and we identified its main work in two axes –
(The first axis) Spreading intellectual security programs and African collective awareness in all ways.
